Liverpool Lighthouse helpline



We have opened the Liverpool Lighthouse helpline to support the community members who are looking for someone to talk to.


The lock down, due to the Covid-19 outbreak, has left many lonely at home in isolation. We eager to reach out to those who need a helping hand.


Its is necessary to have someone to talk to and we are here to be the listening ears of the community. Whatever may be the circumstance that they may be facing we are here to hear and help.


We have fully trained counsellors available to support those who are going through deeper situations such as bereavement, suicidal thoughts etc..


If someone needs:


· Signposting i.e. direction to a food bank

· Counselling

· Someone to talk to

· Lost a loved one and need someone to talk to

· Suicidal thoughts

· And more


The helpline is open from Monday to Friday


11am – 1pm on 0151 459 7667

1pm – 2pm for bereavement calls on 0151 459 7668
